Product Launch Strategy

As a Launch Excellence Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the field in executing on Client's product launches and business processes.

Job Description:
  • Lead the adoption of Client's products across our global business, ensuring seamless integration with our international operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Directors, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver effective roll-out plans and continued in-field training where needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through effective launch strategies.
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the adoption of Client's products across our global business, driving revenue growth through effective launch strategies.
  2. Collaborate closely with Sales Directors, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver effective roll-out plans and continued in-field training where needed.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through effective launch strategies.
  4. Ensure Client's business processes are followed and adhered to, improving effectiveness and customer experience.
  5. Identify needs of independent centers regarding product launches and implementation of Client's products in their clinical routine.
  6. Drive initiatives to overcome barriers for adoption of HFX Algorithm & HFX Cloud in independent centers.
  7. Support in-field business relationships to aid uptake of Client's key products, such as procurement managers or buying groups with technical info sheets.
  8. Work with Global Strategic Marketing to define, track, and execute on key launch field metrics.
  9. Provide market and field insights to support the Global Strategic Marketing team and regional Downstream MKT team.
  10. Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring their voice is reflected in work processes.
  11. Prioritize collaboration with key thought leaders to anticipate future market environment, changes in economic climate, and onset of new competitors.
  12. Serve as a key liaison between emerging markets and our organization, delivering initial product training and support local teams get required information.
Requirements:
  • Able to establish credibility and build trust quickly.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to understand organizational goals and leverage technology, project management, and leadership experience.
  • Strong content management and knowledge management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge in process implementation.
  • Effective leadership and consulting skills.
  • Ability to interact with and influence field and leaders.
  • Verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of Medical Device Sales, Sales Training, or Product Specialist experience.
  • Previous experience training medical device sales force.
  • Prior experience leading and managing change efforts at the field level.
