
Executive Compensation Expert with Commercial Acumen

We are seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Expert to join our team at TN Sweden. This role will be based in Stockholm and will involve driving the success of our career consulting practice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance business development efforts with nurturing existing client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Combine client acquisition, portfolio management, and relationship management to drive growth and foster long-term partnerships.
- Understand people practices and provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients to help them navigate the complexities of their workforce strategies.
- Ensure the quality of our delivery by maintaining meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Understand data and set up clear KPIs to measure the effectiveness of project delivery and inform decision-making.
- Foster collaboration and identify transformation opportunities by actively listening to clients, engaging in open dialogues, and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- A degree level in Management, Economics, HR or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of consultative client-facing experience with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
- An excellent command of English and Swedish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
- Effective time management with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
