Job Summary

The Strategic Client Growth Specialist at Rally Ventures will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across our commercial segment of customers and prospects in Sweden. This includes new as well as existing clients. We are looking for a sales professional who can operate up and down the client organization, from C-Suite decision makers to operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the commercial segment.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial sector and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
