Key Accountabilities

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join Boardtalk Executive AB as a key member of the finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of ten employees, overseeing various aspects including group accounting, parent company accounting, regulatory reporting, and ESG reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for reporting of the groups monthly, quarterly, and annually result and balancesheet.
  • Leading and developing a team of ten employees.
  • Collaborating closely with HQ finance functions and subsidiaries across Europe.
  • Liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies to maintain transparency and compliance.
