Client Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Development Director to join our Commercial Team. As a Client Development Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relations, and continuously improving the sales process.

ABC Labs is a pioneering diagnostics company that combines software, robotics, data science, medical consultations, lab testing, and customer-facing operations to create end-to-end products addressing user needs.

Focused on delivering innovative solutions, we have grown into Sweden's largest pandemic lab, conducting up to 30% of total testing. Our mission is to deploy infrastructure to unify the fragmented value chain for substance abuse testing at workplaces growing at over 10% CAGR across the EU with a need for sophisticated and scalable solutions.

The Role

You will report to the Head of Sales and be part of the Commercial Team responsible for bringing our product to the market. As a Client Development Director, you will lead negotiations and close complex deals to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales, own and manage your sales pipeline from qualification to closing, focusing on high-value deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies with SDR support for lead generation
  • Lead negotiations and close complex deals to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

3–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment

Proven success selling to HR buyers or within the HR tech space

Experience managing a full sales cycle for large/enterprise customers

Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual quota of SEK 10 mn

Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar
