Service Experience Enhancement Manager

We are looking for an experienced Service Experience Enhancement Manager to lead our customer support team.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze customer feedback and use it to drive improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive results.
- Develop and maintain KPI reports to track performance.
- Previous experience in customer service and a leadership role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both independently and in a team.
- Flexibility, innovation, and a willingness to grow and develop in the role.
- Fluency in English required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Knowledge of Finnish or German a plus.
