Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain Microsoft desktop operating systems and Windows applications, ensuring seamless deployment, configuration, and management.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Client Administration, including build and installation of PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks, and peripheral devices.
- Perform routine maintenance on installed PCs, networks, telephone systems, and peripherals, identifying and resolving technical problems with software applications or network systems.
- Collaborate with Technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization's desktop computing environment, administering and resolving issues with associated end-user workstation network software products.
- Provide expert-level support for networks devices and servers in a business environment, ensuring work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with project guidelines.
- Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge and domain expertise within End User Computing technologies, including Microsoft SCCM, VMWare Horizon, Intune, and Windows 10 support, migration, and deployment.
- Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors as necessary, performing related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
