We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at emagine Consulting. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person


• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktop support and network connectivity


• Collaborate with our IT team to identify and implement process improvements


• Develop and maintain knowledge of industry-leading technologies and best practices


• Work closely with our clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions

Requirements:


• 2+ years of experience in IT operations or technical support


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Experience with ITIL process-based helpdesk systems and ticketing software


• Familiarity with Microsoft corporate environments and client hardware

Nice to Have:


• Experience with scripting languages such as C# or PowerShell


• Knowledge of authentication and network security
