Your Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about support and problem-solving. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support via phone, chat, and web services. You will work with a variety of issues, including troubleshooting and escalating complex problems to the relevant teams or vendors. In addition to technical support, you will also handle requests such as account management, access rights, phone subscriptions, and phone exchanges.
Tools and Technologies
You will work with a range of tools and technologies, including Microsoft and Google for Education platforms. Our support team uses an issue tracking system to manage and prioritize tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of technical expertise and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
