Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our On-Site Support Team 3 in Stockholm. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in executing on hardware work orders and incidents, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to our end-users.

About the Role:

  • Handling orders and performing asset updates
  • Participating in projects and collaborating with the team
  • Installing, break-fixing, and testing of IT hardware
  • Taking ownership of delivering services within agreed service levels and focusing on end-user satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Professional-level English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of our tools, including SCCM Current Branch, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and BMC Remedy/Helix
  • Good knowledge of computers, networking, and IT infrastructure
  • WIN10/11 experience
  • Customer service skills combined with IT skills
  • Pro-active approach and ability to adapt to different circumstances
  • Solution-oriented, ability to make quick decisions, and good work organization skills
