- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in second-line support
- Experience with system troubleshooting and working in incident management systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments and Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure, servers, networks, SCCM, and databases
- ITIL certification and experience with documentation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
