This pivotal role will require strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of customer success principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies that meet the unique demands of the European market.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving customer success initiatives, developing high-performing teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

  1. Develop Customer Success Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a customer success strategy tailored to the European market. Identify key drivers of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, and develop initiatives to address these areas.
  2. Lead High-Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing European Customer Success team, focusing on excellent customer service, efficient processes, and continuous improvement.
  3. Enhance Customer Retention and Growth: Drive initiatives for customer retention, product adoption, and expansion, working closely with Sales and Product teams to develop targeted strategies.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to align customer success strategies with broader company objectives. Foster open communication and collaboration to ensure seamless execution of customer success initiatives.
  5. Measure and Report Results: Use data and customer insights to monitor customer health, identify trends, and proactively address challenges. Measure and report on customer success KPIs (NPS, customer retention, expansion revenue) to inform strategy and decisions.
