Customer Growth Specialist

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping Epidemic Sound grow its business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expand Epidemic Sound's presence in key markets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand Epidemic Sound's presence in key markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Key requirements:
- +2 years of customer-facing experience in implementation, client services, customer success, or sales role.
- Experience working against retention and expansion targets with a track record of meeting and/or exceeding targets on a consistent basis.
- The ability to bring fresh ideas to the table, when it comes to user adoption and churn mitigation.
