Join our dynamic Weekday team as a Floor Manager and take on a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized styling advice, product knowledge, and engaging store interactions.
- Leading a team of sales assistants to achieve outstanding service standards and promote a positive store culture.
- Contributing to the recruitment process and ensuring new starters receive comprehensive induction and training.
- Developing and implementing initiatives to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
- Representing the Weekday brand as a confident ambassador, promoting our values and mission.
- Assuming the Store Manager's responsibilities during their absence, if required.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
