Sales Growth and Enablement Director Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Growth and Enablement Director to lead our Sales Strategy & Enablement team in Stockholm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and enabling our sales organization across the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will develop and execute comprehensive sales enablement programs to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Lead projects to improve sales processes and efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration with colleagues across Europe to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Mastery of Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Prior experience in sales enablement or a related field is highly desirable.
