About the Role

We are looking for a Global Sales Enablement Manager to lead our Sales Strategy & Enablement team in Stockholm. You will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive commercial growth and enable our sales organization across the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will design and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
  • Represent our company at industry events and conferences to enhance our reputation and build relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Lead projects to improve sales processes and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Mastery of Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Prior experience in sales enablement or a related field is highly desirable.
