About the Role
We are looking for a Global Sales Enablement Manager to lead our Sales Strategy & Enablement team in Stockholm. You will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive commercial growth and enable our sales organization across the Nordic region.
Key Responsibilities
- You will design and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
- Represent our company at industry events and conferences to enhance our reputation and build relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Lead projects to improve sales processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Mastery of Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- A bachelor's degree or higher.
- Prior experience in sales enablement or a related field is highly desirable.
