Online Sales Growth Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Online Sales Manager to drive profitable growth and ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

This role will encompass all areas of e-commerce, from website management to commercial planning and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the CHIMI website, ensuring it's user-friendly, on-brand, and optimized for conversions.
  • Oversee daily operations of our global e-commerce site, analyzing customer behavior and web performance to implement strategies that maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals, including traffic generation, conversion optimization, and KPI growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an E-Commerce Manager, preferably within the fashion industry, with a strong understanding of omnichannel strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (Swedish fluency is a plus).
