About the role
As a Dutch-speaking Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for supporting our Dutch customers through various contact channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will take ownership of customer onboarding and sales funnel management, driving customer satisfaction through excellent service.
In this role, you'll collaborate with colleagues within the Customer Service/Sales team and other stakeholders to resolve customer errands and drive improvements. With an emphasis on high customer satisfaction, you will have a significant impact on shaping new routines and ways of working both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Take full ownership of resolution and customer-facing contact.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email.
- Basic knowledge of financial products.
- Proven capabilities in achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- Curiosity and desire to continually improve.
- Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in English as our primary business language.
