Job Description

Our organization requires a dedicated Customer Support Specialist - Swedish to provide top-notch support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding promptly and accurately to client inquiries via multiple communication channels.

You will help customers manage their portfolios of domain names and digital assets to protect and secure their global internet brands. Additionally, you will build and maintain client relationships by understanding their unique needs and escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate teams.

The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, and be able to learn, adapt to, and discuss new technology. Bilingual skills are a plus in this role.
