Job Overview
TN Sweden, the game developer behind Candy Crush, seeks an IT Desktop Engineer II - Stockholm to join their team. This is an onsite role that requires providing high-level technical and customer support to King's employees.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-growing company within the IT Support function and relish the challenge of IT Service Desk ownership. They will report into the Associate Manager, IT Support, and provide technical expertise working within environments where Windows and Mac OSX coexist in harmony.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolution/processing of incident and request tickets
- Escalating/routing issues to appropriate service teams
- Communication regarding ticket status
- High-visibility and first point of contact responding to Slack IT help channels
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OSX operating systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
