Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dutch-speaking Customer Success Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our customers through all inbound contact channels: phone, chat, and email. You will resolve customer inquiries, which may range from technical support to loan application questions. You will take full ownership of the customer's onboarding process and sales funnel, ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Take full ownership of resolving customer issues and corresponding contact.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email. Basic knowledge of financial products is also necessary. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction, a strong sense of ownership, and detail orientation. Fluency in Dutch, written and spoken, is essential, as well as proficiency in English as our primary business language.
