About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at TN Sweden. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration between our clients' developers and our in-house team.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and evaluate third-line support requests to maintain the accuracy of our FAQs. You will also be responsible for updating and enhancing developer documentation to ensure it is current and accessible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and evaluate third-line support requests to maintain the accuracy of our FAQs.
  • Update and enhance developer documentation to ensure it is current and accessible.
  • Create reference implementations and sample applications to facilitate developer understanding.

Requirements

  1. Good experience in mobile app development.
  2. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Datadog and Kibana for system analysis and troubleshooting through comprehensive log and metric reviews.
  3. Previous background in a technical support role.
  4. Knowledge of voice and video communication technologies.
  5. Understanding of WebRTC, IP networks, or telecom networks.
  6. Experience in performing both manual and automated QA testing of SDKs on mobile platforms.

About the Team

You will have the opportunity to work closely with other engineers to stay updated on significant changes and new releases, emphasizing quality assurance and delivering exceptional support to developers.

You will also be responsible for communicating clearly with clients to resolve their technical issues promptly and performing QA testing of SDKs on mobile devices to guarantee optimal performance.
