Job Description
The Dutch-speaking Customer Success Representative role involves supporting Qred customers through all inbound contact channels: phone, chat, and email. This includes resolving customer inquiries, ranging from technical support to loan application questions. The candidate will take full ownership of the customer's onboarding process and sales funnel, ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Take full ownership of resolving customer issues and corresponding contact.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email, is required. Basic knowledge of financial products is also necessary. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction, a strong sense of ownership, and detail orientation. Fluency in Dutch, written and spoken, is essential, as well as proficiency in English as our primary business language.
