About the Role:

">">As a Customer Service Agent for Central European markets, you will support customers primarily through phone and email inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for GANTS customers, providing assistance with orders, products, stores, or loyalty programs. Prior to your shifts, you will undergo a 2-week onboarding program during regular office hours.">

Responsibilities:

">">- Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, products, stores, or loyalty programs within the established tonality guidelines, primarily using Service Cloud.- Report any issues to the E-Commerce teams and the Customer Service Manager.- Handover cases and issues handled to the in-house team.">

Requirements:

">">To be successful in this role, we believe that you speak fluent Dutch. Any additional languages are beneficial. Previous experience in customer service or working with digital platforms is an advantage. We look for individuals who are solution-oriented, fast learners who can handle digital platforms, service-minded and friendly, communicative, and not afraid to ask for help.
