About the Role:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Become an expert in our diagnostic portfolio and its applications in the Swedish market.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
  3. Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
