Job Description

As a Customer Service Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional business-to-business support, taking and fulfilling orders, as well as managing a portfolio of digital assets. You will work closely with the Product Manager on various duties, making this a dynamic and rewarding role for someone who is internet savvy and seeking a career working with advanced technology and global branding.

Responsibilities

  1. Building and maintaining strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
  2. Providing expert service support for accounts (handling service issues, invoicing questions, and conducting research for individual client requests).
  3. Managing a portfolio of domain names, trademarks, and brand protection business to safeguard and secure global internet brands.
  4. Taking and fulfilling orders, partnering with clients to become their trusted advisors.
  5. Identifying new revenue opportunities/enhancements to product offerings.
  6. Collaborating with Service Support teams to complete internal and external customer orders.
  7. Assisting Product Managers with brand launches, problem-solving, product development, and troubleshooting.
  8. Communicating industry changes and new product offerings to clients.
  9. Researching and analyzing customer data.
  10. Conducting online demonstrations for clients and sales staff.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Experience in a similar customer service-oriented role is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in producing quality results with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to be direct, open, and honest when dealing with customers and co-workers.
