We're looking for a talented Customer Support Advisor to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our international customers via phone and email.

About the Role

This exciting role involves handling incoming inquiries, solving technical questions, and providing consistent support to our customer base. You'll work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and escalate them when necessary. We're looking for someone who can develop strong relationships with colleagues and communicate effectively at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to international Quinyx customers mainly via phone and email.
  • Use troubleshooting experience and available resources to resolve customer issues.
  • Report on and follow up on any defects found.
  • Escalate issues to RnD and Second Line when necessary.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal departments and communicate with people at all levels.
  • Support other parts of the organization with questions about Quinyx's products and customers.
