BYD Europe is seeking an experienced and self-driven Key Account Manager Aftersales to join our team in the Nordics region. As a Key Account Manager Aftersales, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing new projects, and following up on operational and management issues for our key bus customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Establish and maintain regular contact with major stakeholders within key account customers on operational and management levels.
    • Ensure timely follow-up of pending operational aftersales-related topics.
    • Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys among our customers and service providers.
    • Develop, implement, and follow up on service level agreements (SLAs) including operational and fleet performance KPIs.
  • Internal Coordination
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders within BYD Europe, including Sales department, Project Management, training, and spare parts.
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate the aftersales setup for new projects, including training, workshop setup, and spare parts delivery.
    • Manage and follow up on Open Items resulting from the delivery.
  • Sales Support
    • Support the sales team during tenders and project implementation.
    • Maintain customer relationships during the sales process for any aftersales activities.
    • Manage customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an After Sales Manager within a mobility OEM, preferably with bus and/or truck manufacturers.
  • Strong technical knowledge and affinity with electric mobility.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and abroad.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Swedish and/or Norwegian and English.
  • Team player with a talent for problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
