Job Title: Account Manager

Wolt is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Restaurant Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability for our restaurant partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve venue performance and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners to ensure seamless experience and set them up for success.
  • Use data to optimize venue performance and improve key metrics such as growth, ad spend, AVT, and service score.
  • Apply effective restaurant tiering strategies to maximize the impact of account management activities.
  • Conduct regular quality and satisfaction checks to ensure service standards are met.
  • Renegotiate contracts with venues to drive profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with restaurant partners.
  • Implement and sell new products within the Wolt portfolio to venues.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and onboarding teams to secure successful launches of new venues.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in an Account Manager or similar sales/service-oriented role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
  • Strong commercial sense with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using BI systems and Excel to make data-driven decisions.
  • Structured, detailed, and service-oriented.
  • Passion for food and developing the best restaurant offers in the city.
  • Experience working with a CRM system is a plus.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
