Givaudan is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Northern Europe. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction goals
- Manage and develop relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective support for key accounts
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field
- At least a BSc degree in Food Technology or Marketing/Business Administration
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitors, market dynamics, customers, strategies, and product launches
- Ability to travel
- Team player with global matrix experience
- Fluent in Danish and English
