Account Manager

Wolt is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Restaurant Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability for our restaurant partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to improve venue performance and drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners to ensure seamless experience and set them up for success.
- Use data to optimize venue performance and improve key metrics such as growth, ad spend, AVT, and service score.
- Apply effective restaurant tiering strategies to maximize the impact of account management activities.
- Conduct regular quality and satisfaction checks to ensure service standards are met.
- Renegotiate with venues to drive profitability and work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
- Implement and sell new products within the Wolt portfolio to restaurant partners.
- Collaborate with the sales and onboarding team to secure successful launches of new venues.
- At least 3 years of experience in an Account Manager or similar sales/service-oriented role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
- Strong commercial sense with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using BI systems and Excel to make data-driven decisions.
- Structured, detailed, and service-oriented.
- Passion for food and developing the best restaurant offers in the city.
- Experience working with a CRM system is a plus.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
