Transformative Opportunity

BAT Sweden is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our SE team. As a key member of our customer management team, you will be responsible for demonstrating BAT's global position within locally based organised accounts to establish outstanding key account management in BAT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage own accounts and drive business growth through step-changing key account management
  • Proactively seek, identify, and quantify opportunities to grow our business based on consumer insights
  • Measure and analyze BAT and competitors' performance in accounts
  • Own and drive projects linked to overall Business/Customer Profitability
  • Align account plan with trade/brand plans
  • Support the implementation of account plans and ensure volume/profit objectives per account are achieved
  • Create and maintain reports for all accounts
  • Negotiate BAT to a position of strength in accounts based on performance and opportunities
  • Manage consumer demand issues in accounts' retail execution for the category
  • Create selling propositions to accounts based on facts extracted from various data sources
  • Control financial documents (TCI & P&L) of each account and ensure alignment with the accounting department
  • Foster value creation as an inherent part of the job
  • Comply and implement activities in accordance with laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work, and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or Business Information, with minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing/category management/key account related functions
  • Experience from FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical, systems, and numeracy skills with capability to master complexity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish
  • Strong communication and planning skills
  • IT skills at advanced level
  • Bold, curious, and resilient
  • Responsible and think long-term, delivering outstanding results
  • Driving license, with customer visits expected
