We are in search of a strategic Buyer for the HR Services, Fleet & Mobility category.

This category is tasked with the procurement of various HR services, including recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, outplacement, pre-employment background checks, leasing, and mobility solutions.

To excel in this position, you should possess a strategic mindset and a comprehensive understanding of global business dynamics involving multiple stakeholders.

You are a natural leader with outstanding communication abilities, adept at fostering and nurturing strong relationships with colleagues and business partners.

Your investigative mindset, coupled with a willingness to embrace change, drives you to explore new opportunities and enhance operational efficiencies.

You are a quick learner with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

Additionally, we expect you to have knowledge or experience in some of the following areas:
- Indirect Procurement
- Category Management
- Sourcing & Negotiations
- Supplier Management
- Project Management
- Financial Acumen
- Fleet Market (preferred)
- Staffing, including program approaches (preferred)

Given that this role primarily involves collaboration with Nordic countries, proficiency in Swedish or another Nordic language would be advantageous.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for spearheading large-scale procurement initiatives at both the Global and Country levels, which encompass supplier selection, commercial negotiations, implementation, and the cultivation of supplier relationships. Together with the Ingka team, you will ensure optimal procurement outcomes for Ingka Group.

A crucial aspect of your role will be to establish trustworthy relationships with business partners, collaboratively seeking improvements and driving business development.

You will oversee the execution of strategies by adhering to the procurement process.

Furthermore, you will ensure governance of strategic supplier relationships, challenge suppliers to enhance performance continually, secure compliance, and guarantee adherence to our sustainability directives and IKEA's code of conduct.

Collaborating with colleagues globally, we strive to identify and comprehend various needs related to IKEA operations. Together with our suppliers, we aim to meet those needs innovatively, cost-effectively, and sustainably from the outset.

HR services represent one of three categories within the Category Area of Professional Services, alongside Financial & Insurance Services and Advisory & Consultancy Services.

Each category is accountable for the entire Source-to-Pay process, as well as supplier management and contract maintenance. All categories operate both globally and locally, with some support extended to suppliers utilized by Inter IKEA Group.

This is a permanent position, and you will report to the Sourcing Manager.
