Som Account Manager är det ditt ansvar att boka kvalitativa möten med potentiella kunder. Innan varje möte har du genomfört en grundlig egen research och använt våra många referensprojekt för att förbereda dig.
Du kommer dagligen att vara i dialog med beslutsfattare i det svenska näringslivet, från såväl privat som offentlig sektor. Dialogen från kund till kund varierar givetvis mycket, men du ska snabbt kunna anpassa dig till olika personligheter och väcka ett intresse hos dem.
Efter 1 år förväntar vi oss att du tar nästa steg som Key Account Manager och avhåller dina egna möten via Microsoft Teams, med starkt stöd av våra interna verktyg.
Du kommer bli en del av ett team på ca 4 personer där din Team-Leader ser till att du får en bra start samt alla verktyg du behöver för att kunna lyckas med båda dina egna och teamets mål. Tillsammans hjälper ni varandra att växa och utvecklas för att uppnå er fulla potential.
Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bestå av att:- Genomföra ca 100 samtal per dag till potentiella kunder för att bygga relationer och skapa intresse för våra produkter eller tjänster.
- Arbeta med att boka in minst 8 möten per månad med kunder för att diskutera deras behov och hur vi kan hjälpa dem.
- Använda och uppdatera vårt CRM-system med relevant information om kunderna och deras behov.
- Jobba med att utveckla samarbetet med dina kunder genom att förstå deras behov och ge dem relevanta lösningar.
