
Senior Manager of Sales Enablement

We are seeking a senior manager to lead our revenue technology efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving innovation and growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for marketing and sales technology platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization's revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for MarTech and SalesTech platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization's revenue goals.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of marketing and sales technology tools, ensuring they address user needs and drive measurable impact.
- Design and implement processes and workflows that maximize the utilization and effectiveness of marketing and sales technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations leaders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to empower teams.
- Act as a change agent to drive adoption of technology platforms across the organization, ensuring alignment with business processes and user expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in technology or digital marketing are a plus.
- 10+ years of experience managing technology platforms in marketing, sales, or revenue operations within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in integrating, optimizing, and scaling technology solutions to support global revenue functions.
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align technology investments with business goals.
- Extensive international experience from B2B software business.
- Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
