Job Responsibilities

This role involves leading customer engagement and adoption initiatives for our Salesforce platform across various departments. You will provide expert support, training, and guidance to ensure seamless user experience and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and delivering comprehensive training sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
  2. Communicating market engagement and promoting upcoming launches.
  3. Providing timely assistance and troubleshooting to resolve user issues.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver ongoing support.
  5. Creating and managing custom reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, computer science) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical skills, including Salesforce administration, data analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
