Job Summary

As a CRM Engagement Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving commercial success and customer satisfaction through effective Salesforce platform adoption and support.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, computer science).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM management/administration or a related field.
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Developer).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proven track record of driving CRM adoption and engagement initiatives.
