
Commercial Partner Lead Home Care

We are seeking a talented Nordic Business Development Manager to join our team in the Nordics region.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible for managing business performance, setting targets, and executing commercial plans to achieve business objectives.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage business performance KPIs for the Home & Public portfolio in the Nordic region.
- Set and deploy performance targets for each partner (order intake & sales).
- Directly manage the commercial execution of the Emergency Care home and public portfolio in the Nordics.
- Drive consistent financial forecasting and demand planning together with all partners in the Nordics.
- Channel the Nordics customer voice into upstream business propositions.
- Ensure consistent customer experience, value, and satisfaction in the Nordics.
- Develop relationships and represent Philips Home & Public portfolio in discussions with NGO's, key opinion leaders, and relevant trade associations.
- Identify change, regional trends, competitors' moves, and develop appropriate response plans.
- Responsible for structuring strategic deals in the Nordics and preparing the appropriate business case.
- Develop and implement business plans in cooperation with the Home & Public leader Europe and other relevant colleagues to meet financial and customer objectives.
- Collaborate on the execution of the marketing plan.
