About the Role
The Office & Culture Coordinator is a vital position at Ninjas in Pyjamas, responsible for overseeing office operations and fostering a dynamic workplace culture. This role involves managing maintenance, supplies, and equipment, scheduling meetings, and organizing office procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance, supplies, and equipment to ensure a smooth working environment
- Schedule meetings and appointments, including coordinating with the IT department
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Partner with Head of HR to update and maintain office and general policies
- Manage office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with vendors for facility services and negotiate contracts
- Provide general support to visitors and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, such as team-building events and company conferences
Requirements
- Experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Receptionist
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google suites
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
