Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer priorities and challenges, and work closely with customers to ensure they are receiving the value they expect from GTT.

- Issue Resolution: Serve as single point of contact, ensuring satisfactory resolution of issues including coordination of cross-departmental GTT resources.
- Process Improvement: Identify and support process improvements to reduce administrative work and improve customer satisfaction across the organization.
- Critical Thinking and Decision Making: Ability to make decisions and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication and Influencing: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with ability to influence and negotiate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Commercial Awareness: Proven delivery of high-quality, consistent customer service and commercial awareness.
- Systems and IT Literacy: Sound systems and IT literacy, with experience of contract negotiation and supplier management.
