About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at GTT. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our most valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer priorities and challenges, and work closely with customers to ensure they are receiving the value they expect from GTT.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Partner with sales leadership to grow revenue via upsells while providing an ideal customer experience.
  • Renewal Strategy: Monitor assigned base of accounts for contract expiration dates and work with account team to develop and execute renewal strategy.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as single point of contact, ensuring satisfactory resolution of issues including coordination of cross-departmental GTT resources.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and support process improvements to reduce administrative work and improve customer satisfaction across the organization.
Requirements
  • Critical Thinking and Decision Making: Ability to make decisions and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Influencing: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with ability to influence and negotiate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Commercial Awareness: Proven delivery of high-quality, consistent customer service and commercial awareness.
  • Systems and IT Literacy: Sound systems and IT literacy, with experience of contract negotiation and supplier management.
