We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager Export to join our team at Lotus Bakeries. As a Key Account Manager Export, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international customers and developing business opportunities for our Annas brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a selection of distributors and retail customer accounts across traditional, convenience, and discounter channels on an international level.
  • Develop and implement action plans at customer level to grow sales, volume, and profit of Annas Pepparkakor.
  • Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams to support customer-level activities.
  • Visit customer contacts to foster strong working relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Compose and deliver customer account plans with goals and priorities for Annas Pepparkakor.
  • Coordinate and monitor sales and promotional activities, and provide effective forecasting and planning input.
  • Manage customer spend in line with budgets and complete sales support administration tasks.
  • Travel will be required to visit customers and attend meetings.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in economics or a related field.
  • Strong key account management skills, including negotiation, commercial acumen, and complex customer relationship management.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Nielsen, and SAP, with strong Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of the Danish, Norwegian, Baltic, and international retail industry and customer base.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, team player, strong communicator, determined, proactive, positive, analytical, and results-driven.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
