Senior Key Account Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Key Account Manager for our Export division at Lotus Bakeries. This role is pivotal in managing the sales operations of various distributors and retail customer accounts across multiple channels, including Traditional, Convenience, and Discount sectors on an international scale. The primary focus will be on enhancing the business for the Annas brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume comprehensive account management and P&L responsibilities for both new and existing clients and channels.
- Develop strategic plans to initiate and expand customer relationships and geographical markets for the Annas brand.
- Engage with customer contacts to cultivate robust working relationships.
- Establish and maintain multiple connections throughout the account network, from headquarters to regional offices, to ensure account success.
- Create and present customer account plans with clear objectives and priorities for Annas Pepparkakor.
- Conduct thorough planning and preparation for customer meetings, ensuring effective follow-up.
- Deliver impactful presentations and negotiations during customer interactions.
- Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate sales and promotional initiatives.
- Provide accurate forecasting and planning insights related to the customer portfolio.
- Manage customer expenditures in alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Complete essential sales support administrative tasks, including sales and promotional reporting (utilizing customer ePOS and internal SAP systems).
- Maintain customer administrative systems, pricing structures, and connections with customer service.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager of the Nordics Sales Office.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a strong desire to foster business growth. Success in this role requires a collaborative spirit, excellent sales and negotiation capabilities, and a proactive approach to tasks. The candidate should possess:
- A Master's degree in Economics.
- Proven key account management expertise, including adept negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex customer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Nielsen, and SAP, with strong Excel skills.
- Familiarity with the Danish, Norwegian, Baltic, and broader international retail landscape.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a positive, analytical approach to problem-solving.

- Fluency in English and Swedish.
