We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets in the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue in the telecom market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer projects.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technical industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams and take initiative.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
