About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at Siemens Energy in Finspång, Sweden. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering order entry for our Medium Size Gas Turbine Service business, working with customers in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, or North America.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, where you will have the possibility to travel to your assigned region for meetings with regional representatives and customers. Building strong relationships and cooperation capabilities with a customer-centric focus is key to understanding customer operations and converting this knowledge into suitable service offerings.
The role offers a high degree of freedom to plan and execute your work, with great opportunities for future work at Siemens Energy locations around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Quoting, negotiating, forecasting, and closing service orders with our regional Sales teams.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with regional entities and customer organizations.
- Managing commercial risks and coordinating technical issues, as well as handling operative/strategic maintenance outage planning for engines.
- Contributing to the continuous development of departmental processes, tools, and products.
Requirements
- Customer-oriented with a business mindset, good product knowledge, and the ability to communicate the value proposition in our service offerings.
- A 'can-do' demeanor and motivation to bring value for our customers.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- University degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, with experience working in customer-facing roles.
- System knowledge in SAP and SalesForce is an advantage.
