Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Lotus Bakeries. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our key customer relationships in the export market.

  • You will have full account management and P&L responsibilities for new and selected clients & channels.
  • Responsible to build a plan and start up new customers as well as geographical markets for the Annas brand.
  • Visit all customer contacts to foster strong working relationships.
  • Generate & retain multiple relationships across the account network, from head office to regional levels, to help facilitate the success of the accounts.
  • Compose and deliver customer account plans with goals and priorities for Annas Pepparkakor.
  • Detailed planning & preparation for customer meetings with effective follow up.
  • Effective presenting/negotiating at customer meetings
  • Co-ordination, monitoring and review sales & promotional activities.
  • Effective forecasting and planning input, relating to customer portfolio
  • Manage customer spend in line with budgets
  • Complete sales support administration tasks, sales reports promotional reports etc (using customer epos and internal SAP).
  • Effective maintenance of customer administrative systems, pricing, & links with customer service
  • Travel will be required
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager Sales office Nordics.

Profile

We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven, and committed person with a desire to develop and grow the business. To be successful in this role, you need to have a strong affinity for working in a small yet fast-moving team with an international scope. You have excellent sales and negotiations skills combined with a team mentality. In addition, you have the ambition and willingness to get the work done.

  • Master's degree in economics.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience at international KAM level (Distributors, Whole sellers, Retailers).
  • Strong key account management skills (accomplished negotiation skills, commercially driven, can manage complex customer relations, high on empathy, understands to serve both company and customers)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Nielsen, and SAP (you need to be a strong excel operator)
  • Knowledge of the Danish, Norwegian, Baltic, and international Retail Industry & customer base within.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are a team player, strong communicator, determined, proactive, positive, analytical and getting things done.

  • Fluent in English & Swedish.
