About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at PS Partner. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key strategic customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Develop and build relationships with key strategic customers, understanding their needs, pain points, and opportunities for growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and customer insights to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure relevant and up-to-date solutions to customer requirements.
  • Manage customer portfolios, ensuring timely follow-up and identifying new opportunities.
  • Drive pricing discussions with customers to maximize profitability for PS Partner.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform sales strategies and improve customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, educational opportunities, and conferences to enhance job knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical understanding and interest in complex technical solutions.
  • Proficient in English and potentially additional languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office package, including CRM.
