About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at PS Partner. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for new and existing customers, developing and building relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our technical teams to ensure relevant and up-to-date solutions for customers.
  • Manage customer portfolios, ensuring relevant follow-up and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to leverage our systems and data to drive improvement and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, educational opportunities, and conferences to improve job knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to balance multiple priorities or projects simultaneously.
  • Good technical understanding and interest in complex technical solutions.
  • Proficient in English and potentially more languages.
  • Possess the ability to work well in a team atmosphere, as well as independently.
  • Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office package including CRM.
