Commercial Sales Manager for High-Tech Springs and Components

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at PS Partner. As a key member of our Commercial Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our strategic customer base.
Your core responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, reviewing and understanding customer insights, pain points, and opportunities to grow the business, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of related work experience, a good technical understanding, and proficiency in English, with the ability to work well in a team atmosphere and independently.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and build relationships with key strategic customers, reviewing and understanding customer insights, pain points, and opportunities to grow the business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer requests, including price calculations, coordinating with our technical teams to ensure relevant and up-to-date solutions to specific customer requirements.
- Be responsible for your own customer portfolio, ensuring relevant follow-up and identifying new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of new projects and customers, driving pricing questions and ensuring maximum profitability for Hagens Group.
- Leverage our systems to access and analyze customer data, determining pain points, driving improvement, improving communications, and overall customer experience.
- Educate yourself and stay up-to-date on industry trends, educational opportunities, and conferences to improve job knowledge.
- Perform other duties and special projects as required.
- Minimum 5 years related work experience.
- Good technical understanding and interest in complex technical solutions.
- Proficient in English and potentially more languages.
- Ability to work well in a team atmosphere, as well as independently.
- Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office package including CRM.
