Global Sales Development Manager

Job Overview
">This role will be based in our offices in Torsås, Sweden and will involve regular traveling within Sweden and across Europe to meet customers and colleagues in other Hagens Group companies.

- You will act as the main point of contact for new and existing customers within your dedicated area of responsibility.">
- You will develop and build relationships with key strategic customers and take the time to review and understand customer insights, pain points and opportunities to grow the business.">
- You will handle customer requests including price calculations and coordinating with our technical teams to ensure relevant and up-to-date solutions to specific customer requirements.">
- You will be responsible for your own customer portfolio ensuring relevant follow-up as well as identifying new opportunities.">
- You will drive pricing questions with customers to ensure maximum profitability for Hagens Group.">
- You will leverage our systems to access and analyze customer data to determine pain points, drive improvement, improve communications, and overall customer experience.">
- You will educate yourself and stay up-to-date on industry trends, educational opportunities, and conferences to improve job knowledge.">
- You will actively participate in providing a safe and harmonious working environment for all employees.">
Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years related work experience.">
- The ability to balance multiple priorities or projects simultaneously.">
- Good technical understanding and interest in complex technical solutions.">
- Proficient in English and potentially more languages.">
- The ability to work well in a team atmosphere as well as independently.">
- Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office package including CRM.">
