Telecom Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Business Development Manager to join our team in Sweden.
Job OverviewPrysmian Group is a leading global player in the cable industry, and we are now looking for a skilled professional to drive business growth in the Swedish market.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the telecom industry. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets in the telecom sector.
About the Role- Salary: Competitive salary range: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
The Telecom Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers. They will also manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams and take initiative.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel within Sweden as required – your home office can be anywhere in Sweden, but most accounts have offices in the capital area.
